When i downshift i notice an oil smell. but it only happens when i down shift. I know that i need an oil catch can. But i noticed oil on top of the valve cover. The pcv valve is working fine but i think that its somehow leakin outta the pcv hose. The head is fine so i know thats not the oil smell. Any ideas?

 

Any smoke from the exhaust?
