what does it mean is that a give up on car symptom or is it a easy fix up?

Do you have the 420a engine? How does the oil look too? Sounds like a bad head gasket.

yes i do have a 420a the oil looks new like not gunky its really clean and i see this oil on my radiator cap =( how hard is it to replace the headgaskets and is there any additive that might work?

co-signed only logical explanation...head gasket...just take it to a local mechanic...get an estimate.
