Default Okay I think its my ECU!



Alright well Im new and I have never messed with four cylinders Im a chevy and pontiac girl at heart so I have no idea what Im doing with this DSM. My car now starts but will not stay started Im thinking its my ECU. its a 91 FWD anyone eles had a similar problems???</P>

Well its more or less a sudden shut off cause in order to stall it I would have to have it in gear. As soon as it starts it doesnt give me enough time to get the damn thing into gear.</P>


First thing First I didnt have any spark so I replaced the coils spark plugs spark plug wires cam and crankshaft censor and ignition module.......then we replaced the computer and got spark but spark is about all we got so Im thinking that its something to do with the ECU.......of course we were thinking something had to do with the Relay....Anyone want to tell me what the hell that relay goes to????? God I feel like an idiot.....lol<IMG src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0"></P>
