Isn't that really illegal? Sounds like to me that you wanna turn the miles back on the odo which is a huge no no in most states.

it doesnt matter if you rebuild the engine or not. its still illegal to roll back the miles of the car.

the miles aren't for the engine, the miles are for the chasis, so you technically can't rebuild the car... and yes, way big nono, and way not cool if u were plannin on doin that for a sell
