I was wondering if anybody makes a performance chip the a 99 GS? if so are they worth buying and where do you get one?

ok...sorry. other times i do that and i usually only get 1 thing answered and that gets kinda frustrating but i will do

thats ok. The best way to really do it next time is number all your questions 1, 2, 3. That way people can answer them also in numbered fashion. You will get good responses that way i think.
