Hey all.
I recently changed my plugs and just did an overall tune up. I did this because the car was hesitating when i opened the throttle. The mechanic also said that the injectors needed to be cleaned and the fuel pump need to be replaced. The car doesn't hesitate as bad now but it still has poor preformance. When I open the throttle at a stand still the car resists up till about 3000rpm then the turbo kicks in and it accelerates decently. My question is why is it performing so poorly? Will the injectors and fuel pump change this or is it something more? The car is 1998 eclipse GST spyder. Thanks.
