Have power steering issue. already replaced pump but still have problems with hard spots and stiffness with steering especially sitting still. thinking probably rack unit going bad. rack is leaking a little on passenger side bellow. would like another opinion and need to know if changing rack is a very hard job. rack replace is something i have never done. also still have some noise around pump area but cant tell if its coming from pump or maybe adjuster pulley. have done bleeding several times and no longer getting air bubbles in resorvior. any suggestions really needed.

 

Sounds like a rack to me.
