put a socket on the center bolt with a ratchet. then put a socket on the little bolt with a ratchet and if you do the one that is closest to the front bumper and crack it loose turn the center bolt to the next one and do it that way.

edit. just let me know if you still dont understand.

you can try using an adjustable wrench if you have one.

I have that somewhat avaliable it's just that I don't know if my stepdad will let me use the impact gun and his compressor. I tried and adjustable wrench but this particular pulley has somewhat of an inset so there for, I can't get to the desired place with the adjustable wrench.
