Default Projector headlight opinions

I was looking for Black projector headlights so I could do a bumper conversion on my 95 gst. I saw these projectors on ebay and I was wondering what people thought of those. Does anyone have them or had them? Are they worth getting?

I also saw these ccfl lights, and I was wondering if these are any good. They say they are brighter, but does that mean better? I really don't have a problem seeing with my current lights so I don't think I need anything brighter. But what the hell are ccfl's? Lol

Just wondering.

any info/opinions would be great.

Thanks all.
