The fuel pressure should be at about 45 at idle... i crank it up a little. There should be an adjustment screw on it.

Okay, try changing your spark plugs and your spark plug wires.

Use ONLY ONLY ONLY (clear?) NGK Spark plugs. NOT the iridium ones, they suck.

Change your spark plug wires with Mitsubishi Wires. You might have to get these through a dealership, but trust me, they are better than any aftermarket stuff.

Nevermind, you have coil on plug. Make sure all the connections there are perfect.

Check the gap in the spark plugs.

damn, not trying to offend you or anything, but it sounds like you bought something that is way over your head. Just my first impression. Nice setup though, the person that owned ti definetly had some money to build this thing

Now i agree with sebba, this definetly sounds like a fuel pressure issue. I think its probably dropping off and thats why your having trouble after its been sitting for a while

Also could be a tuning issue with such an aggressive setup.

Another possibility (although small) is a fualty coolant temp sensor or wire going to the sensor. Just something to look into

It may just be a characteristic of that setup. I mean, like TE said, its very aggressive.

So if it turns out not to be any of the above stated things, it might just be normal for what your running. I can see it being a little rough with high lift cams on there.
