Bout to buy a used 14b Turbo off of a guy on here. However he says that it needs a new charge elbow. Can anyone tell me what this is or where to get one before i dish out the money??? He said the guy before him cut it or something...

 

my guess is for the blow off but i dont know much about turbos i just know how to put them on and ****

 

Its the compressor housing, if its for a 2g car you have some fun ahead of you, if its for a 1g then all you need to do is find a factory compressor housing.

 

It is for a 2g car... I found a compressor houseing on RRE it says (for 2g only)... Does that mean that is the peice i need? Is there not one on my car i can use?

 

thats the piece you need, no yours wont fit.
