quick question...do 95 eclipes come wit 4g63 non-turbo? juss wonderin cuz i kno those were in sum 1g's but in early 2g's?

Which were different from all of the other 420a's, it had different crank bearings, the fuel pressure reg was on the fuel rail making a return line going back to the tank, the mas air flow sensor didnt read fuel cut, and it had a different type of ecu softwear (eprom). By far the best year to turbo.

 

k, cuz my friend drives a Mirage....he says its a 4g63 non-turbo..n i give me this look like "wtf?" he says he knows alot about mitsubishi n says that motor fits in his mirage lol. i kept tellin him 420A but no he kept sayin it was a 4g63 non-turbo.

 

You can always tell by looking at the valve cover. The 4G63 looks like this ...
