Im kinda confused. By light cover do you mean the whole headlight cover? or just taking out the low beam light. If you are talking about just the low beam light, their is a metal clip that is odd shaped that holds it in place. Basically push on it so it goes back and at the same time pull it away from the light and it should unclip which you would then just turn the light and it will come right out. If your speaking of the whole cover for the headlights then get a blowdryer and heat the edges up to lossen the cover and then just work with it carefully with a flat head screw driver.

well my driver side headlight bulb went out. i want to replace it myself. but i couldnt get it out. i know u just need to turn the cover thing and it should come out itself. but the fuse box is blocking it. btw i got a 420a. thats why i couldnt replace the bulb. so i asked for help here.

Are you talking about just taking the BULBS out? If so can't you just take that cover off from the back of headlight (takes about a quarter turn then comes out) to get to the bulb, then there is a little metal clip looking thing actually securing the bulb down, just push that down and slide it out and the bulb should pop out.
