has anyone done a right hand drive conv. on a 2nd gen eclipse? Im really starting to look into it. (just to be different) im sure its going to cost a lot, but Im hopin to get a sponser for this if it hasn't really been done. oh, and its legal right? </P>


it would just be kick *** to have a RHD eclipse! I wanna roll up next to someone on the road and look all the way through both cars.. hahaha! <IMG src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0"></P>

ya gotta spider. I always seem to want what nobody else has.. just so I can either say "I had it first" or "Im the only one with it!" haha... Just waitin for response now.. anyone know who would be the best to contact for this? remember I do live in IOWA so Im not sure if its one of those, Must leave your car with us for 2 weeks things

..hmm, lots of people looking, but no replys.. anybody even seen an eclipse with a RHD conversion? if so hit me up with some pics if you know where... any clue on $$? I was thinkin prob $5000 or so, but I may be just hopin its that low

Well, i don't know if it will cause harm, but i do know you can use some parts from an evo1-3 for the conversion. Maybe the ac hoses, wires, a steering system....maybe...? I personally think it would be nice, but a lotta hard work and money.

thats why I am looking for a sponsor... but thanks for the info. I love working on my car, I haven't driven it for 7 months... Im dyin, but will be worth it in the end
