i like the 1st ones, and if you get 17's you'll regret it, so i say get 18's

yeah but ive been reading a lot on 18's and bending. plus the area i live in isnt highways everywhere. there are some rough roads. Also i hear 17 is a smoother ride. ill get low profile tires to make them look good

i vote #1 in 18"s... i used to have them on my old rs and loved them, plus i live in the country and in the city (when i'm at school) and the roads are pretty banged up here... the only reason why the 17's would produce a smoother ride is cause of the increase in tire size, but it isn't going to be that noticable... either way with bigger wheels and low profile tires your actual tire height will be exactly the same as the stock ones... the 17"s will just give you a bit more tire... but the 18's i've always thought have looked the absolute best on the 2g's

The one you like and 18's.
If you are worried about the rough ride get 17's and a taller tire.
Mine has 18X7.5 and drop springs.

i still dont think that he'll notice a difference in ride quality between a 17 or an 18, and if you're that picky get a 15" rim with a huge tire
