[/blockquote] it was actually the top hole of the bsc restrictor. and i must have been driving like that for months since i bought the car.
I picked up an obd 2 code reader. so hopefully something will pop up.
all fuses are good!!!

well since the ecu was reset, i dont have any codes. lol
only problem now is that i cant start my car for the ecu to read any codes. lol
my battery isn't strong inough to start the car. just for all acc.

Thats not suppose to be plugged with a screw... Are you talking about the whole that is coming from the top of the valve cover pointing towards the intake?

A screw in a threaded hole in the valve cover.
But its bot a full hole, and theres a bracket between the screw and the valve cover.
It holds that vacuum line in place.
