Does anyone know where to get one of these? ie...the green eclipse from *prepares to be flamed* The Fast and the Furious. I like that style fuel door, but can't find a dealer anywhere.

ebay ftw, i think it wouldnt look right because the 2g fuel door is a square not circle like you want...
There is this but its for a 3g and you might be able to modify it to fit if you really wanted it

I'm thinking about going to a junk yard this week to get a door off of the 3g eclipse just to see if it fits.

There is no way. The 2G is square the 3G is round, you would have to do body work.

I know. My wife had a 2000 GT. The fuel door is pretty large on the 3g, so there shouldn't be a whole lot of extra work.
