I was thinking the same thing a heavy GS with what 140HP and a normal weight GS-t at 210HP hmmm high 14s should be in its sight. If its a GS-t running high 14s then hey he is a good driver because I have only seen alot of low 15s outta GSts

Dude not quite. ok my EVO has a 4G63 the same as the Eclipses. and a B16 to hang with my car will need money out the *** just to hang with it. all I need is a turbo back and SAFC and a fuel pump and ill hit low 12s all day long.. add some cams and an allky kit and ill see mid\high 11s all day long. and that would still be cheaper for me to buy those modes then to boost a honda with a swap. hondas are gay and sound even worse than they perform.
I have raced a few boost civics not sure what #s they were running but lets just say I spanked thm from a roll. where my EVO is the worst and the still were at least 3 cars behind oh and I was stock at that

Hey man i dont mean to bust your ***** but its harder than what you think to get these evo's into the mid 11's. it wasn't easy to get mine there. 12's no problem but it did take a **** load of money to get mine low 11's and not putting my motor in danger.
plus like you said our motors may be the same as a 4G63 eclipse but our internals are much better with a hole lot more head flow.

I know the internals are better along with Tranny, but its the ame engine gode that was my point. and getting into the 11s on the stock turbo is posable many have done it and that isnt bad I dont know many cars that can do that, the supras sure cant and RX7s can barley

I was just saying its not cheap and yes on the stock turbo. just be very very careful with the boost on yours. before i upgraded the turbo on mine i was pushing 25psi through the 16g and i fried the turbo within month. my buddy had the same exact problem.

I was just saying its not cheap and yes on the stock turbo. just be very very careful with the boost on yours. before i upgraded the turbo on mine i was pushing 25psi through the 16g and i fried the turbo within month. my buddy had the same exact problem.

Well the 16G is really most effiecient at 22-23PSI I have seen a few tools running 28 with alky. im not going to run more than 22 any way. The reason was I was saying that was the civic wont get to the 11s anywhere near as easy as an EVO
