Default Shuddering from 1200-2200 RPMS...help plz

Hey guys, I own a 95' GS and im lookin to learn some more stuff about it in hopes to be able to do all of the work on it myself.

Now my major problem that i just cant figure out is this shuddering during accelertion. It happens between 1200 and 2200 RPMS and causes my whole car to shudder, for lack of a better word. Once i get above 2500 it's clean again with no hesitation. This has only gotten worse over the last 2 weeks...meaning that it happens almost eveytime i enter that specific RPM range. I'm wondering if it has something to do withmy coils, or something as simple a spark plugs. Any help for anyone out there would be great...thanks.

Sounds like its misfiring.
When was the last time the plugs/wires were changed?
Also, check the PCV and EGR valves, and the carbon build up in your throttle body.

Another thing to check is your TPS. Do you have a Haynes/Chiltons manual? They have a TPS check in there. It just sounds odd that you bog out at those RPMs and not all over the place.

I dunno... I could go either way... but if it were an ignition problem wouldnt it go throughout the whole powerband? Not just certain engine speeds?
