Simple question

ok guys can you puta blow off valve on a eclipse and not have a turbo or is that something that that you have to have along with a turbo?

This is an easily searchable question. Wiki blow off valve or diverter valve and then get back to us. Find out it's purpose and function and then decide for yourself.
