I have a gsx and ive been haveing a problem with the engine letting the throttle go at about 4500RPM so i boost leak tested it and found my BOV was leaking boost so i bought another greddy RS and it runs a little better it spools up quicker but i still have the throttle problem except now its at like5-5500RPM. I dont think it is a fuel cut because i tryed turning the boost down to about 14psi and it still did it. when i took the old BOV off the bottom /inside had a lot of exhaust residue on it does this mean my turbo is going out and i needs a new one?

 

please tell me you are recirculating!

 

ya if your not your having the same problem as i am you need to recurcilate it unless you can tune so it stops running rich i believe is what your problem is

i hate my problem rcjr do you know of any where to buy tubing to recirculate the bov. i have looked at every hard ware store up here and no one has any this big. i was trying to find something online but i cant any ideas.

 

I'll have an extra tube on Sunday (getting a GSX) so I might be able to hook you up with that. As far as your problem. What mods do you have? (besides the bov)
