Default Small Oil leak

Popped my hood today to do a normal, routine check under there and noticed a small puddle of oil underneath the right rear of the valve cover, on the head itself.

Cam seal?

I cleaned it off and let it run for an hour and then it set and cooled for 2 and there was a droplet of oil.

If its the 420a yeah theres some kind of seal there i dont remember what it is, i smoked way too much burnt oil yesterday (long funny story about a VW bug breaking down), but its a half moon kinda metallic part, i think some silicone would do the job quite right

I'm certain its not the valve cover gasket, since its got less than 3k miles on it.
Its that rubber seal in the pic, I just don't know what its called.
