RE: Smoke from intake manifold and exhaust
I just thought about it today, I remember the seller messing around with the manual boost controller when he came over to help me replace a fuse on the turbo timer. He said he wasn't quite sure how to hook it up properly but he thinks it's right. I was able to drive this car with no issues before he messed with it. I was thinking if I return it back to stock, this might eliminate the issue I'm having. How do put this all back to stock?

RE: Smoke from intake manifold and exhaust
go to Greddy.comand turboxs.comand look in the Support section and look up the manuals if you dont have them which i doubt. all the info should be on the sites.

RE: Smoke from intake manifold and exhaust
Hey thanks everyone. It turns out to be the turboxs manual boost controller. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but I lowered the boost all the way down on it and it still ran like crap. I decided to take it off and route the tubes the way it came stock and it ran perfect! I installed a boost gauge and it turns out I was pushing 21psi of boost! With stock setup, I'm running a smooth 10psi perfectly.

RE: Smoke from intake manifold and exhaust
No kidding, I'm just extremely thankful that I didn't blow up the motor running that high of a boost. Now I'm off to a bigger turbo, FMIC, all that fun stuff since my GSX is running now!
