I have heard 7psi i have heard 5psi. just curious cause i bought a 14B and minimum is 7psi. and am wondering if i could runn it now. then put forged pistonsin later. i bought the resistor pack and 450 injectors. could i run this now and piece by piece ugrade as i get money.

i have a 97 spyder eclipse that i had a evo big16 III on it and ran 8 psi and ran great until i remembered i never upgraded the clutch. but i was planning on blowing this engine anyway for the project i'm working on now. so my 4g64 ran great i up graded the clutch and then had to do the same with the brakes. and then i figured what the hell lets blow the bitch up so took her to the dyno SOHC before i turboed it the baselaine was 98hp lol and after we turboed it the baseline was 189hp 193 torque then the timing belt blew out... lol now i am swapping a 4g63 into the 97 and upgraded everything the turbo and all. you should be good with 7psi all day on your car but look to upgrade a few things. pretty much thats what i was getting at. take it easy.

if you got more questions about your engine there is a FAQ about 3g's (they have the same motor as the n/a 2g spyder)
