squeaking when i turn

Almost every time I turn hard enough for my car to shift its speaking in the rear. Any ideas

Squeaking in the rear. Maybe its a shock or spring, idk

squeaking could be anything from a spring to just age of the car to a tiny screw that's come loose and is no longer holding something together.
