very simple. it's 3 screws on the door pannel, 1 screw inside the door handle and one behind the door lever and the door pannel pops right off. disconnect the electric connector for the locks and windows and ur 4 screws away. for the rears im pretty sure it's only 3 screws and the rear panel comes off. it's a very simple process. i'm not sure about the gs-t's and gsx's but the RS and GS come with 6 1/2"s all around.

yeah. the speaker grill. would it look nicer if i just left it off though? cause there are some speakers that have a nice design when exposed.

True, but its more than aesthetics... I mean, the grill does a decent job of protecting the speaker... When i look atthe grills on my 2G (which are painted white to match the Talon.) I can see all the pokes and dents that would have otherwise harmed my speaker.
