Default Suspension for Eclipse 97

Hi I just got a 1997 Eclipse and its dropped 3 inches (coilovers) and the shocks are blown.I want to know if its a good idea to get new KYB GR-2 and new springs which will drop it 2 inches. And where can I get the cheapest KYB's because Im really low on $$$$.Oh yea and its as bumpy as hell I hate it.

If I drive with blown out shocks is it really bad for the car or not?

It's going to have a rough ride to it with coilovers and low profile tires anyway
