Well as some of you guys know i blew/crankwalked my motor in my talon(1995 talon tsi AWD). And as some of you guys know i ordered a stage one engine,264 cams, intake mani, TB, act 2600 clutch, act flywheel and some other parts. Well that was on or before November 6th. Well, i called today to see how things are going since i got my TB in the mail, well guess what, so far my block has a crank in it. thats all . Yay 3 or more weeks of waiting. The guys like "At least that means they started it". So the talon still sits in the garage, where its been since mid october awaiting a new heart. Just thought id give you guys an update.

 

That sucks man they should do somethin about the price being that you have eben waiting more than 3 times what they said you would have to wait.

 

i havnt been waiting more than 3 times.....It was supposed to be done this week or next weekish. But its not.

 

oh ok... i thought you said they would have it done in a week.

 

so now what, they are saying that its gonna be another month

 

well i pulled the old motor today. I'll have pics tomorrow. My new motor is going to get shipped out the beginning of this week, finally.

 

whered you get it from again? Im gonna need some info on all of this incase I wanna do it later

next on my list is fuel and a DSMlink, then a FMIC. Hopefully all at once tho. Then i should be able to put down some decent power. Im probably going to go with 950cc injectors just so i have the capability to run more power. Sincei plan on a dual BB 50 trim later on.

 

where the hell do you guys find the money to do all this stuff, damn, i'm mad because my o2 ensor is going crazy and its $80, lol
