Which TCM can I use?
1999 eclipse spyder 2.4L automatic
I've been making my way through a problem with my tranny and it seems as though the TCM / TCUis the culprit. Testing has revealed that it is not putting out the right voltage/signals at the right times.
Now my dilemna is knowing whichTCM / TCU I can replace it with if I go to the junk yard.
I assume my transmission is a f4a23 automatic transmission. Do I need to find the exact same one to swap the TCM / TCU from? Can one from a galant or other car work?
There aren't a whole lot of numbers on this thing but here they are if anyone has a way to reference them. They appear on a lable as such:
