P0125 is the code its a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS i have therepair manual and it skips over that code, i called me local dealership they said its a dealer only code and they cant tell me what it is... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

P0125 OBD-II Trouble CodeTechnical Description Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control What does that mean? This means that the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor indicates that the engine has not reached the required temperature level to enter closed-loop operation within a specified amount of time after starting the engine. Symptoms You will likely not notice any drivability problems. Causes A code P0125 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: [ul][*]Insufficient warm up time[*] Low engine coolant level[*] Leaking or stuck open thermostat[*] Faulty coolant temperature sensor[/ul] Possible Solutions The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back. If the code comes back, the problem is likely going to be the result of the above causes (faulty thermostat, faulty coolant sensor, or a low coolant level).
That's for a FORD. Believe it or not, it doesn't matter because your coolant temp (ECUs, not gauge's) will have the same affect if it's not working correctly.
Oh and the thermostat too.

So for the past like 4 months my car misfires everytime i turn on the car. The number 3 cylinder is the one that misfires for approxitmately 2-3 minutes. Whether cold or warm it does it. Im throwing an engine code (P0125) saying my car takes excessive time to enter closed loop mode and it went into some detail about that number 3 cylinder. I looked this up on ALLDATA and it could be a unch of things.So was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and could help me out some and save me some time. Your help is appreciated!

Did you read my last post? You're looking too much into this code. Do what I have posted above yours and get back with us.
