Default Timing sprocket and Flywheel

Okay, So i have a question, whos got a solution on removing timing sprockets (without the belt on) and the flywheel without everything moving, because once i start trying to remove the bolts off the flywheel, everything starts turning. Anyone have a quick solution? its on a 4g63 by the way.

Default RE: Timing sprocket and Flywheel

Stick a screw driver in one of the holes so it binds.. Worked good for me
