yea running a 16g at 12psi is pointless, you might as well jsut run a 14b at 16psi instead. But to answer the OP's question, i would definetly get some bigger injectors, fuel pump, exhaust and a tuning device. And you can tune it yourself. An Apexi SAFC is gonna be the cheapest and easiest route to go since it is very user freindly, and there is alot of info on it online. But do your research and start making a list so that you know the overall cost to do everything. I would estimate someone in the 2-3k range if it is done right.
