A) The stock BOV leaks.

B) It is normal for that POS turbo to not make consistant boost all the way till redline

Do u have an after market boost gauge? Also check for boost leaks. Go to www.vfaq.com there is a write up abt boost leak testers.

Honestly, I can say that the car is performing like it is supposed to.

Don't replace the turbo with another stock one... and never buy ANYTHING from eBay.

A good cheap upgrade is getting rid of the t-25 and picking up a 14b.

i cant see how you can think this is normal. If you see he said "lately" its been doing it so that means its not acting normal. But without a boost guage its tough to say what the problem is

Might be due to weather, grade of gas at the last fill up.... anything.
