Default turbo upgrade ported 16g evoIII proper spark plugs

I am getting ready to upgrade my 1998 mitsu eclipse spyder to a 16g evo III turbo I have been told to run 1 range colder plug due to the heat increase I am having trouble finding out stock numbers and cross referencing to find this info
for the new plugs. I have tried the local part stores and even on the phone with Summit Racing. I have an email out to Denso because I currently have Denso Iridium plugs in the car they are 2 years old and are wearing like iron, so I am hoping I can stay with iridium plugs. Can anybody who has done this mod help me

Thanks:

Those of the one step colder that you want BPR7ES. The stock ones are BPR6ES.
