Depends on the turbo, but like exhaust, intake, BOV, fuel is what you will need for sure but it mainly depends on the turbo.

for a t/3 t/4 you will need all the stuff I said before, and also new internals, and probably a a engine rebuild and just get all new internals so you'll be able to run full boost and also many custom exhuast parts for it to fit. You will also need many more custom parts, and also will have to have fuel tuning and ecu tuning.

Well once you have a turbo kit installed you will need a new fuel system, a way to tune, some gauges and a boost controller, thats the simple answer.
