Umm, well to begin it's a 99 Eclipse RS, the Turn Signals are only wanting to work half the time, and when they aren't, and you try to turn them on, you can hear a relay in the middle of the dash click, does anyone have an idea about this? and then the climate control and the defroster wont work, I checked all the fuses and none of them are blown, does anyone have any ideas? thanks ahead of time!
