Well... already with the 420a platform.. youre off to a bad start. Not all Eclipses were created equal.

ORIGINAL: 95EclipseGS95
1995 eclipse GS 420a~~pacesetter cat back~~jdm headers~~high flow cat~~
looks like you already have it covered.
check howell automotive and modern performance websites they have some stuff for them, but mostly all you can do is bolt ons unless you got a fat wallet.
put a cold air intake on if you havent already, but your not gonna get much out of that motor before the bottom end cant take it anymore

theres not much you can do to that 420a engine without big bucks and even then its crap. the only thing you can do are basic mods, exhaust, intake.....GS/RS's are only made to look good with body kits. thats bout it.

your not screwed, it just will never be as fast as a gst untill you spend twice as much as its worth on it.
i think theyre great daily drivers. I prefer to keep my Tsi for a weekend toy and keep a stock slower car for a driver

you have a good car...fast doesnt mean a good car....your car will be reliable and get good gas mileage. who cares how slow it is. get a better car in the future
