Default vacuum pressure?

whats a good vaccum pressure that you should be at. mine used to be at 19 steady and then now bumps between 18-21 depending on if i run it or not, an temperature. is this ok? and my idle changes slightly between 750-900 depending on temperature too.

the idle is probably just an inconsitancy in the guage itself

...there's one important thing to know about your car...it's a DSM and it will do what it wants when it wants to f*&^ with you, lol.
