Default weird grinding noise

like i know when i start up cold, it squeals like my belts. but then sometimes i hear like a griding from the pulley's. then itll go away. when i turn sometimes i hear a grinding noise too which seems to be the same noise and it goes away after a little bit. and i was on the freeway and i heard it for a little while too. what is it? and how much estimate to fix it?

If you're hearing that noise on turns, you should check your steering rack.

Sterring noises can occur at idel, but turning would be more noticeable.
And remember what I said about my belt noise, it was the pulley and the serp. belt.

It will actually make a lot of noise when your just idleing.. I would check the fluid first. I had a leak in my line and I still havnt gotten the grinding noise to go away 100%... But I would say your prolly a little low on fluid if its makin that noise..

ok well heres the verdict, i think the pulleys need lube lol, the belt thats squeeling is when i turn on the heater, and the heater doesnt seem that hot anymore, whenever i turn my wheel theres a small chirp, my rotors are gone sounds like grinding on the left driver side, so i just bought new front rotors and pads............and i got pulled over for street racing last night, great.

rotor making the grinding noise that i thought was the pulley, uhm the pulley is still making a slight noise, the heater isnt as hot as it used to be, and when i turn on the heater, it makes a chirp noise from a belt and its the same noise i get from turning my wheel right and left.........idk what else to say. someone wanna identify it for me?
