i got it. can you tell me whats the difference between the mitsu fluid and regular fluid?

if its in neutral when it makes the noise, its most likely your bearings. if you push the clutch in and the noise dissapears, then its most likely your throwout bearing

it makes the noise when i rev it in neutral and when i push the clutch in the noise goes away. so your saying it's my throw out bearing are there any other bearing in there that i should check?

no, not without tearing your transmission apart. which believe me, you dont wanna do if you dont have to. but while your in there, if its never been done, you might want to think about replacing your clutch/flywheel/pressure plate too.
