What Side SKirts Are These?

Any1 know what kind of side skirts these are? Found them on a yahoo image search I've seen some similar but nothing like these anyone have an idea?

Why do people do that? If you dont like the way a car looks... dont disgrace it with that... just buy a different car. Like a civic or something...

Do you say the same to people that add drop kits totheir Eclipse or add aftermarket 17" + rims to them? It's his car.
