hey yall i jus got a eclipse gsx its a 99 and i want to upgrade the turbo what kind should i put on[:-]

 

how many miles on the car? what suporting mods do yo have? i would change your timming belt,filters fuel and oil,plug wires,plugs,you know normal stuff like that first. you cant just slap a big turbo in the car, well you can but then you can blow it up to.

 

right now i jus got the car its got 69k on it i realy dont no alot about eclipse gsx,i would like for your help jus im me at obxtwuk if u want too

yep that is the site were i got my start, then just went from there reading every thing i could search out about this cars. 60,000 timming belt is a first step for you, you really dont want to go over 50,000 with one. im mean they can last longer and have but alot dont, when they go they take alot of stuff with them. but yea just hit me up with any thing you need hel pwith.

 

for 69k, i,ll stick w/ the stock turbo....mod. boost pressure, may be.

 

look at what joseseclipse is selling. he has a post right before you with a lot of random parts. That is NOT one of them, but judging by the looks of what he is selling, he might have that too if you ask for it. Hope he does. Good luck

 

what does the mileage have to do with sticking to the stock turbo? either the turbo is good or bad. assuming its fine just stick with it until you max it out. get all bolts ons

 

i allready changed the timmiing belt on it,WHAT CAMS JUS I GET SKUNK2?
