Default when is it time for a walbro?

Just wondering, how much boost can you push (generally) on a dsm before you need to upgrade your fuel pump? And secondly how much boost can the 2nd gen turbo make(T28?)

The t28 can push between 14-15 psi. You do not need a bigger fuel pump on the stock turbo, but as soon as you upgrade it wouldnt hurt to get a new fuel pump. But you will also need a wideband gauge and safc2 to tune it with.

When you want to go past 17 you need a walbro. If you only plan on running like 23ish on a 16g, then you will only need a 190lph, if you want to run more, and on a bigger turbo, then you will need a 255lph with a fuel pressure regulator.

The safety limit for that turbo i would say is at 19, although 17-19, you really arent going to experiance a lot of gains, but its still nice to have. On stock fuel, 16psi is where you should be at.
