your water pump wont cause it to smoke, just wont send water into the engine.. if you have white goopy stuff under the cap thats your coolent mixing with your oil due to a bad head gasket or worse case your head.. dont keep driving it like that, you could warp the block if it gets too hot then your skrewed

ya.. Park it till you can get it fixed.. It can overheat really quick with a bad head gasket, and then you will have a lot more $$$ going into fixing it..

Like they said its defninetly your head gasket. It is something you can fix yourself with a repair maual but if you dont want to tackle the job im sure someone will charge you about 1500 to do it at a shop

which is rediculous because with a manual in front of you and no experience you can get it done easy in about 4 hrs, and thats if your not mechanically inclined...

I maybe slow on doing my stuff, but it took longer than 4 hours to do that.. taking the head off and putting it back on isnt bad, but timing/and all of the extra misc stuff slows ya down..

yea it does slow you down a bit, but not if you have done the timing numerous times(which i have because i never got it right the first.. well 4 times lol) it can be tedious

Its just all of those damn screws you gotta fight with.. Its not that the timing is hard, just time consuming.

lol yea, i have busted and had to jerry-rig 2 of them skrews, the water pump one is the worst... and the timeing man, they use small *** marks on these cars..

just got done taking off the head an it comes out that it is the head gasket....thanks
