judging by the questionI dont think dsmlink is for you. At least not yet. list your current mods and if you are at the point to start tuning the safc is almost always the best way to start out.

This is actually for a complete build I'm planning out at the moment and I'm trying to figure out what all I'm gonna need before I go out and buy stuff. I don't want to spend money on something when its not gonna be needed.

I understand but my point was someone that has to ask what dsmlink does has no business buying it. You are talking $500 plus another $200 for an epprom socketed ecu. DSMlink isnt simple stuff, and someone who wants to get into tuning could easily buy a used SAFC for $150 and sell it for the same like I did when they are ready for something that has more control. But to each their own I guess. Im also not a fan of putting a bunch of parts on all at once, makes for a great weekend trying to figure out which part is causing a problem, and there is ALWAYS a problem
