I would say they would be different since the 95 is obd1 and the 96 is obd2.

95 is obd1? i thought it was 2 even tho it had an eprom ecu in my car. so that a real bummer. so the fwd/ awd or talon/ eclipse is not a problem. it is more about it being a 95? so i would only be able to find one off a 95? are you sure it is obd1? cuz that would at least boost my chance of not worrying about smog whatsoever..

95 is OBD2. I had a 95 talon AWD and it had the OBD2 port. I dont really see why the harness would be different

okay, so its obd2... well, i guess i am at least luck enough to have a buddy that will pass me on the visuals and i don't have to hop onto the obd2 dyno since its awd... but that would be nice if the eprom made it obd1. so even tho his is fwd and mine awd they should still be the same. well, i guess i will get the harnesses then. if that is the case. i just don't want to buy harnesses that will not be compatible.

I would contact the dealer and see if the part numbers for a 95 are the same as a 96.
