my car was Totaled by some punk motherf$%ker in a gay a$$ four door honda who doesn't stop for stop signs!!!!!

WHAT HAPPENED:
He eats stop sign
He slams into my pass side,
I spin, doing a 270
He goes straight into the corner curb
My rib cage feels like it's broken
I'm dizzy but manage to call 911
His b$%tch a$$ is on all fours crying in pain
Mad firetrucks show up
Ambulance takes me away

MY CAR:
From what I saw,
Rear pass suspension shot to hell
My pass door handle is now located in the middle of my car - Lol
Motor looked untouched

MY PHYSICAL CONDITION
Lots of back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain
High on meds
Hurts when I sneeze, laugh and cough
But nothing broken

Anyone know how insurance handles this? I figure they will give me book value for the car, but can I keep the car? I would like some money for it and the chance to keep it so I can part it out.

Damn, I really almost had the car where I wanted it. I finally got it to over 15lbs of boost. Wanted to alter the lifters, head studs, and get rims, tires, racing slicks, and a paint job. I still even have unused sideskirts and a powdercoated fuel rail. DAAMMIIIITTTTTT!!!!!!!!!

Seb, I can get any crackpot lawyer to handle this case and still make a ton of cash. I mean, when the cops showed up the punk *** kid couldnt even think of one thing to make up which would make him look not at fault. He was standing there stuttering like an idiot trying to think of a lie he could say. The only thing he said was he stopped at the stop sign. But how do you do that and then travel 20 feet with enough force to make me do a 270?

damn man what a shame. if someone hit my car no matter what condition i am in i would wobble hop or drag myself to him and woop his a*% like no tomorrow. i wash my car once a week and wax it once a month. lol i put to much time into for some little douche to screw it up. take everything he has, even his clothes. lol

 

well when youre hurt you seriously cannot hurt anyone else... if they let you keep your car you can pull most parts out of the engine if it is unharmed... if not... at least you can track it down and rebuy them from what you take from the accident
