Default '00 V6 Valve Cover Gasket Question

I recently blew out a spark plug and had to replace it. After replacing it, I noticed my valve cover was leaking. I called around a few places to get a quote, assuming it was the rear gasket (because I don't want to have to get in there and do that myself if I can get it cheap), and I was being asked if it was the passenger side or the driver side... which did not make sense to me. The price variation was extreme between the gaskets obviously, but I'm a little iffy about taking it to a mechanic that doesn't realize there's no such thing as driver and passenger side gaskets on this car and that it sits sideways.

V6 model has 2 gaskets...The main reason it costs so much is because its really hard to get to the head on the V6 model...Might as well do a basic tune up while your at it.
