Angry 03 Spyder Eclipse V6 Hesitant Upon Accelleration

I have a 2003 Spyder Eclipse GTS with a 3.0 V6. Recently my engine began sputtering a bit, and I thought it may be in the plugs. I went through the NIGHTMARE of changing the plugs, and I am still experiencing the same sputtering. Does anyone have any ideas before I spend the money to have a diagnostic scan ran on it?

It may be possible. I checked them all out, and they looked good, but I know that looks can be deceiving.

I was thinking about the MAF sensor, so I got some MAF sensor cleaner, and sprayed it out, cleaned it, etc. Still sputtering. I eventually looked around and found that AutoZone will run a diagnostic scan for free, so I took it there and found out that it was my Camshaft Position Sensor. Got the part, and now I just have to get it put on! Looks like it's going to be a pain to get too....
