2000 Eclipse projector's with HID kit?

Hey all. Quick question...

I am ordering some projector headlights for my 2000 Eclipse GT on ebay. I have heard the "dual halo" light output kind of sucks, so I want to also upgrade to an HID kit.

I have heard some people say the HID kits will get too hot and melt the aftermarket halo's on the projectors. Has anyone had that happen?

-What kinds of halo projectors have people had good experiences with?

-What kinds of HID kits have people had good experiences with?

Thanks for the help... I live in Portland Oregon, and with all this damn rain I cant see **** on the road! Really need HID's and HID's for my fog lights.

Uh, ok.... so i guess no one has put HID lights in projectors. What a lame eclipse forum

actually i was just about to do the same thing to my 03 but i was getting the kit and everything off amazon. If you do do it please share your info with me and i will do the same.
